| Mar 20, 2012 | | Greenerd President Elected Co-Chairman of AMT | | | NASHUA, NH USA (March 20, 2012) – Greenerd Press & Machine Company, Inc. President and CEO, Mr. Timothy B. Dining, has been elected Co-Chariman of The Association For Manufacturing Technology (AMT). The Board of Directors for AMT, which represents approximately 600 American manufacturers and distributors of machine tools, manufacturing machinery and related products, elected its 2012-2013 officers and directors on March 10 at their 2012 Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida. http://www.greenerd.com
This board is the first to be elected after the March 8th merger of AMT and AMTDA – The American Machine Tool Distributors’ Association. Mr. Ronald Mager, President and CEO of Machinery Systems, Inc. was also elected Co-Chairman.
“I am thrilled to be serving as one of the first Co-Chairman of the new, strengthened AMT,” said Dining. “AMT has a pivotal role in expanding innovation and manufacturing in the U.S.” Dining brings a wealth of manufacturing and executive experience to this new role. Since the year 2000, he has been President and CEO of Greenerd and has held executive positions at manufacturing companies for several years prior to this.
